The meeting was held at the conference room in Hotel &#8220;Czarny Kot \u2013 My Warsaw Residence\u201d in Warsaw.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ekb.org.pl\/ekb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0019.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[1838]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-4459\" src=\"http:\/\/ekb.org.pl\/ekb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0019-1024x680.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"783\" height=\"520\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After having done statutory activities Mr Janusz Cie\u015blak \u2013 the President of the Board handed membership cards to new members of the Association.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Following the above and according to the Agenda the following documents were presented:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Report on the activities of the Association for 2016 together with the report of the Board\u2019s activities presented by the President \u2013 Janusz Cie\u015blak,<\/li>\n<li>Financial Report together with the Report on the activities of the Audit Commission presented by the Chairman \u2013 Anna Kosik.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ekb.org.pl\/ekb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0086.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[1838]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4460\" src=\"http:\/\/ekb.org.pl\/ekb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0086-263x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"263\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In its Report the Audit Commission highly marked the Board\u2019s work and emphasized the unique role of Janusz Cie\u015blak &#8211; President of the Association in the gained success.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The evaluation presented by the Chairman \u2013 Anna Kosik was met by great approval of the meeting\u2019s participants.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ekb.org.pl\/ekb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0024.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[1838]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-4462\" src=\"http:\/\/ekb.org.pl\/ekb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0024-1024x680.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"783\" height=\"520\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0The IV Annual Board Meeting unanimously in the form of resolutions approved the presented reports granting a vote of confidence to the Board as well as the Audit Commission.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The IV Annual Board Meeting of members of the European Business Club Poland took place on the 14th of December 2016.
