For the second time now, during an official award ceremony, the European Business Club Poland will honour individuals and companies which have made significant contributions to the development of entrepreneurship, economy, local government bodies or autonomous activity, science, culture and sports in Poland and achieved success on the European and global scale.<\/p>\n

\u00a0The Jury of the European Business Club Poland Awards<\/b>, comprised of great representatives of the business, scientific and sports community, led by Prof. El\u017cbieta M\u0105czy\u0144ska, Ph.D., President of the Polish Economic Society, member of the National Development Council and the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, presented awards in the following categories:<\/p>\n

\u00a0The Main Prize,<\/em> <\/em>VICTORIA EUROPAE<\/i><\/b> (European Victoria), <\/em>awarded to natural persons, companies, institutions, social organisations, initiatives and enterprises with significant contributions to raising the status of Poland on the international arena<\/p>\n

\u00a0plus awards in five equal categories:<\/p>\n

\u00a0ENTREPRENEUR MAGNUS<\/i><\/b> (Extraordinary Entrepreneur<\/i>) awarded for extraordinary achievements and contributions to the economy<\/p>\n

BENE MERITUS<\/i><\/b>\u00a0(Highly Distinguished<\/i>) awarded for special achievements in particular areas<\/p>\n

\u00a0SIGNUM TEMPORIS<\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/i>(Sign of the Times)<\/i> awarded for innovative solutions as well as achievements supporting European integration and the development of civil society<\/p>\n

PRO\u00a0FUTURO<\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/i>(For the Future) <\/i>awarded for contributions supporting the development of entrepreneurship, economy, science, culture and sports<\/p>\n

\u00a0PRO PUBLICO BONO<\/i><\/b>\u00a0(For Social Activity<\/i>) awarded for special achievements in the area of social activity.<\/p>\n

\u00a0All awards are honorary.<\/p>\n

\u00a0We are pleased to announce that the honorary patronage over the ceremony is held by the Polish Chamber of Commerce, Polish Economic Society, Employers of Poland, Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency.<\/p>\n

The media partners include Polsat News, Polish Market economic journal, Miesi\u0119cznik Gospodarczy Nowy Przemys\u0142 [New Industry Monthly], wnp.pl website, Eurogospodarka journal [Euroeconomy], WhyStory journal and Europerspektywy [Europerspectives] bimonthly journal.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/b>The European Business Club Poland Awards Ceremony<\/b> will take place on 24 September 2016 at Kr\u00f3lewski Theatre in \u0141azienki Park, in Warsaw, which holds a very symbolic and important place in the Polish history. The \u0141azienki Park palace complex served as the summer residence of the last Polish King Stanis\u0142aw August. Today, its beauty and splendour attracts both Warsaw residents and crowds of tourists. Its rich architecture and art offer superb aesthetic experiences. It all makes the \u0141azienki Park in Warsaw one of the most prestigious meeting places for business, culture and art.<\/p>\n

The official gala will be hosted by journalist Przemys\u0142aw Talkowski<\/b>, last year’s winner of the BENE MERITUS<\/i><\/b>\u00a0(Highly Distinguished) award<\/i>.<\/i><\/p>\n

<\/i>The guests will be welcomed by The Warsaw Dixielanders <\/b>band. <\/b>During the artistic part of the event, the participants and guests will enjoy the performance Zesp\u00f3\u0142 Pie\u015bni i Ta\u0144ca \u015al\u0105sk im. Stanis\u0142awa Hadyny <\/b>[Polish National Song and Dance Ensemble \u201c\u015al\u0105sk\u201d in memory of Stanis\u0142aw Hadyna<\/i>].<\/p>\n
