Mr Czes\u0142aw Go\u0142\u0119biowski is the founder of the family business GODABA. When naming it, he dreamed that the company would survive many generations. To this day GODABA is 100% Polish capital and the third generation is preparing to enter the business world. Both for children and grandchildren, as well as for associates he is an icon of entrepreneurship, a mentor and visionary. The company GODABA has been on the market for 35 years, which have involved the transformation of the Polish economy. Thanks to creativity, determination and continuous work of the founder, GODABA has survived difficult years of competition with Chinese companies and it managed to bend into a success the necessity to change profile from a clothing industry to an investment-developing industry. His latest activities prove his creativity: running a gravel open-pit mine, and \u2013 the owner\u2019s proud \u2013 Targowisko Dw\u00f3r Mazury Resort, which meets the guests expectations and offers comfortable rooms of high standard.<\/p>\n

The owner of\u00a0 GODABA is an extraordinary businessman. He, worked many years in the mining industry, and then in his own company, he has been involved in social actions, for which he was awarded and honoured with national and regional medals. He values the Gold Honorary Medal of the Polish Football Association that he received in 2016 for his many years of social work.<\/p>\n

Today when asked about his greatest achievement, he says he is proud of 66 years of work and the greatest, unfulfilled passion of creation. \u00a0He says working with people gives you wings, and working with young people and helping the people in need makes you feel a part of something bigger, what is beyond financial profits and personal advantages.<\/p>\n
