<\/a><\/p>\nProf. dr hab. in\u017c. Zdzis\u0142aw Nowakowski \u2013 the Dean of the Higher School of Information Technology, Management and Administration (known as the \u201cGood University\u201d) is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Main School of Planning and Statistics (currently the Warsaw School of Economics). He has a PhD and a doktor habilitowany degrees in politics, which he obtained at the Faculty of Political Sciences at the Maria Curie-Sk\u0142odowska University in Lublin. Since 2002, he has been the Dean of the Higher School of Information Technology, Management and Administration, and since 2001, he has been employed as a professor. For many years he has been engaging in research, taking part in numerous research projects and conferences. He is the author and coauthor of hundreds of national and international publications, including about a dozen books in the area of IT, telecommunication, energy, administration, management, political science and the widely spoken security of the state. For about a dozen years he worked in the area of ICT, being in the management and supervisory bodies (i.a., Radomska Wytw\u00f3rnia Telefon\u00f3w S.A, PWP Mescomp S.A., Aster City Cable, TVM S.A).<\/p>\n
He was active in employers\u2019 organisations. Inter alia he was the President of the Economic Society in Warsaw and a member of the Management Board of The Union of Employers in Foreign Trade. He is a member of the European Society for Engineering Education, as well as an expert in The Mazowiecki Credit Guarantee Fund.<\/p>\n
